The operation involves the refurbishment of the existing building by integrating a renewal of an area of 833 m² and expansion of the building of 650 sqm.
To meet the objectives of a library network, the library of Saint-Maurice L’Exil requires further extension to open new workspaces for personal and to host new digital media services. Moreover, the rules on the acceptance of people with disabilities requires rehabilitation of the existing building.
